Physical orders are shipped through Australia Post and should arrive between 3-10 business days to addresses in Australia.

To look after our Earth and reduce excess, some products are made to order. These orders may take 1-2 weeks to arrive depending on where in the world you are located. There will be a note at the bottom of the product description letting you know if that product is made to order.

Digital products will be available to download immediately after purchase.

Standard shipping within Australia is $10. This covers shipping and the packaging your goods are shipped in.

International shipping is available to certain countries. Prices vary depending on the product being shipped and country being shipped to. If your country isn’t listed upon checkout - please contact me so that I can check the cost of shipping to your country.

Yes! International orders are shipped by Australia Post and tracked unless stated otherwise. Price of international shipping varies depending on the products to be shipped and the country to be shipped to. If your country isn’t available as an option upon checkout, please contact me so I can let you know the price of shipping to your country.

All international shipments will be marked as merchandise. Depending on your local laws, there may be duties, taxes, or other fees due before you can receive your shipment. These fees are beyond my control. lianabyliana is not responsible for these charges. Please be sure that you understand any customs fees you may be responsible for. If a package is returned to lianabyliana with unpaid customs fees, the buyer will be given the option to receive a refund, minus the cost of shipping, or the buyer can repay shipping to resend the package with the understanding that the intended receiver will be required to pay the customs fees for delivery to occur. I am not responsible for any customs fees.

I ship to the address specified in your order. If that address is incorrect or undeliverable for any reason and the product is returned to me, the buyer will have the option to pay the shipping again and we will attempt delivery again with a different address, or the buyer can receive a refund for the product, minus the original shipping cost.

Sometimes mistakes happen! Please email me straight away with accompanying photos of your order and I will endeavor to solve the issue promptly. Please contact me within 7 days of delivery.

Myself and my production partners do our best to do a quality check on all products before being sent out. If something has slipped through the cracks and the item you received is incorrect or damaged, please email me within 7 days of delivery and I will work with you to resolve the issue.

I don’t offer refunds for change of mind purchases - especially for products that are made to order (like Tshirts and archival art prints).

While I am not responsible for damage done during shipping, I will do my best to replace damaged products if at all possible.
